Adam has more than 20 years’ experience in the human capital space working closely with staffing, mass talent, consultancies, and personnel platforms.

Adam was previously CEO of TCP Solutions (before it was acquired by People2.0) where he was responsible for TCP’s commercial activities and the overall, long-term business strategy. Adam joined TCP in 2008 having spent the previous six years in recruitment. His experience in growing and leading multi-jurisdictional organizations, as well as his expertise in People2.0 solutions, allow him to provide superior client-growth support.
