The QA Lead Role will be responsible for creating and executing test cases for the projects that they are assigned to. Additional responsibilities will include assigning tasks and reviewing testing results from the off-shore QA team, implementing and standardizing the use of Xray test management platform and implementing a test automation strategy. The QA Test Lead works directly with Software Development and related IT teams providing both quality assurance and quality control for our software solutions. This position ensures the quality and integrity of all software products put into Production. The QA Test Lead monitors processes and procedures in product development and design. They assist in developing, applying and testing quality control requirements and standards for development products and enhancements.
