Kellen joined People2.0 in 2017 and quickly rose through its ranks. Prior to entering his current role as Chief Revenue Officer for the Americas, Kellen was a Senior Vice President for the Americas, Vice President of Global Staffing Services, and Sr. Consultant within People2.0.

Kellen is a trusted advisor to the staffing and recruitment community and specializes in working directly with company owners in areas of growth, efficiencies, financial modeling, M&A, and general strategy.

Prior to joining People2.0 in 2017, Kellen was Vice President of Business Development and Operations for CareersUSA, a national staffing and HR services firm, and with the company for 10 years.
